Every 8th heist — after the first 3, which rain 100% — the Taxman takes 25% of that pot for marketing, buybacks and burns. The other seven belong entirely to the town.
The token itself is a standard clean ERC20 — the 5% toll is enforced at the pool by the hook, not hidden inside the token. LP locked by the launchpad.
